Born and raised in Toronto, Shiona graduated with a BA in English Literature from the University of Waterloo in 1993 she then moved back to Toronto where she excelled as a Hotel Manager for several years. Later, she moved back to Waterloo Region to start a family and pursue a Diploma in Business Administration from Laurier University.
For over 20 years Shiona worked in the Developmental Services Field as a Transitional Intake Coordinator/Specialist and Community Advocate. In 2022 Shiona obtained a Certificate in Property Management through Conestoga College. It is then that she transitioned into Condominium Management and now holds her Limited License while working towards obtaining her General License through completion of courses and managing her own portfolio of condominiums.
Providing exceptional customer service is important to Shiona and she strives to cultivate meaningful working relationships with those around her.
